Orders
The products and prices offered on this website are non-binding. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the shipment of the goods. Orders are typically dispatched within three working days. In the event of any dispatch delays, the recipient will be informed via e-mail or telephone. If the goods have not been dispatched within 30 days of the purchase date (postal date applies), the buyer may cancel the order and request a refund of the purchase price. Further claims are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel orders only after the recipient has contacted us personally and, if necessary, to cancel the order without providing reasons. Orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses will be canceled. No deliveries are made abroad (e.g., to Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, France). Orders from abroad must be sent directly to New Era Publications International in Denmark. Shipping within Switzerland is conducted by New Era Publications International ApS in Denmark, whereby your address is neither stored nor processed in any other way in Denmark but is used exclusively for shipping your order. The storage of your data for orders via this website occurs in Switzerland.
Defects
The goods must be inspected for transport and production-related defects upon receipt. Any defects must be reported to us in writing within 10 days.
Prices and ownership
The prices stated on the website are in CHF and include postage and packaging (within Switzerland). The prices do not include any returns. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received (including any reminder fees).
Payment conditions
Delivery is against advance payment.
